She came to know Jesus in a personal way when she was 33 years old. Since that time, her passion has been sharing who Jesus is and how He can bring purpose and peace to all who accept His sacrifice on the cross for their sins. Life's journey is not an easy one, but with the God of the universe holding your hand, you can experience the abundant life that Jesus promised.
When her husband died of a massive heart attack, he left Mary with three children still at home, ages 16, 11, and 6. She was devastated. But the peace of God and His promise in Jeremiah 29:11 that He has a plan for her - for good and not for evil was the verse that comforted my heart and gave me hope in the future. Never forget that God is faithful!
The last 21 years of her life have been lived with her current husband, Bob, and our blended family of seven children, their spouses, and nine grandchildren. God made something beautiful out of the ashes of my life. We are truly blessed.
Since retiring after 35 years in the banking industry, she now have time to work here at Restoration as Servant Leadership Director. In this capacity she help others discover their own God-given gifts, and how to use those gifts to reach others with the message of God's unconditional love. We serve a mighty God who has a special plan for each life He has created. Please join us in discovering what He has planned for you!
