Giving at Restoration Church
We believe that giving is an act of worship and a reflection of our trust in God. Through generosity, we partner with God in what He is doing locally and around the world.
In Malachi 3:10, the Lord says:
“Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse… Test me in this,” says the Lord Almighty, “and see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessing that there will not be room enough to store it.”
At Restoration Church, we practice the biblical principle of tithing, giving the first tenth of our income back to God. Tithing recognizes that everything we have comes from Him and that we trust Him as our provider. Scripture also reminds us that giving should be joyful and personal:
“Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.” — 2 Corinthians 9:7

Giving at Restoration Church goes beyond meeting needs—it fuels our mission to share the love and hope of Jesus.
Every month, 10% of everything given is dedicated to a Missionary of the Month. This allows our church family to directly support missionaries and ministries that are spreading the Gospel and serving communities both locally and globally.
When you give, you are not only supporting the ministry of Restoration Church—you are actively participating in God’s mission around the world.

What is the difference between tithes and offerings?
Throughout Scripture, tithes and offerings are mentioned separately:
- Tithes are the first tenth of our income, given faithfully to God through the local church.
- Offerings are gifts given above and beyond the tithe as the Holy Spirit leads. This is often to support special needs, missions, and outreach opportunities.
Simple Ways to Give
- Online Giving: Give anytime through our secure online system. Set up one-time or recurring gifts and choose where your donation is directed.
- In Service: Give during any weekend worship service using cash or check. Offering envelopes are provided.
- By Mail: You can mail your gift directly to the church if that is more convenient for you.
